Use of Witnessed

Witnessed is a sports memory app for recording games attended, players seen, and related sports memories and statistics. Users are responsible for the information they add to their accounts.

SMS Terms

By voluntarily entering a phone number and tapping Send code in Witnessed, users request account verification, account security, or account/contact matching text messages from Witnessed Labs LLC related to their Witnessed account. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Witnessed Labs LLC does not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or email weinfeldcory@gmail.com.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse Witnessed, attempt unauthorized access, abuse messaging features, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Community Safety and Moderation

Witnessed has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Witnessed may filter or reject content that appears abusive, hateful, sexual, exploitative, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Users can report a profile or social post from its action menu and can block an account. Blocking immediately removes that account's activity and pending interactions from the blocker's feed. Witnessed reviews safety reports promptly and will remove confirmed violating content and suspend or eject the responsible user within 24 hours. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account removal.

Independent Product

Witnessed Labs is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, any MLB club, or any player association. Team and player names are used for identification and informational purposes only.

Witnessed is also not affiliated with or sponsored by the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLS, NCAA, Premier League, La Liga, their teams, clubs, schools, venues, or data providers.
