Witnessed is operated by Witnessed Labs LLC, a New York limited liability company.

Witnessed is the product and brand of Witnessed Labs LLC. Witnessed Labs LLC is the end business that sends all Witnessed account-verification messages.

Witnessed is an active beta product for sports fans who want a durable record of the games they attended, the people they went with, the players they saw, and the memories attached to those events.

Public Availability

This public website is available without login so users, support teams, and compliance reviewers can inspect Witnessed business, product, SMS, privacy, terms, and support information.

The Witnessed beta app uses hosted accounts for user data, while this public website remains accessible outside the app for policy review, product information, support, and SMS messaging review.

Beta access is currently controlled while hosted account, TestFlight, and App Store release checks are completed. People who need access or support can email weinfeldcory@gmail.com.

SMS Use Case

Witnessed Labs LLC uses SMS only for account verification, account security, and phone-number-based account or contact matching confirmations requested by people who voluntarily provide their phone number in the Witnessed app.

Witnessed does not send marketing, promotional, political, lead-generation, affiliate, sweepstakes, or third-party advertising text messages.

User Opt-In

SMS is an optional feature. Users opt in by entering their phone number in the Witnessed app and tapping Send code to request account verification. SMS consent is not required to purchase anything or to use Witnessed's non-SMS features.

The following disclosure appears immediately beside the phone-number field and Send code button: “By tapping ‘Send code,’ you agree to receive account verification texts from Witnessed Labs LLC, the company behind Witnessed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.”
